Genspark held its AI Workspace 6.0 Media Day in Seoul on July 24, introducing AI Workspace 6.0, centered on its persistent memory system, SecondBrain.
SecondBrain consolidates information scattered across emails, calendars, chats, documents and business applications into a unified memory layer. AI agents use accumulated project histories, decisions, working relationships and communication records to support future tasks.
Unlike conventional generative AI systems, which require users to repeatedly explain their work context when starting a new conversation, SecondBrain is designed to retain that context continuously. The platform also integrates with major workplace tools including HubSpot, Notion and Google Workspace.
"Today's AI memory capabilities mainly focus on remembering users' writing styles and preferences to personalize responses, and most of that value disappears once a conversation ends," said Eric Jing, co-founder and chief executive officer of Genspark. "Genspark has built a memory system that AI can actually use to perform work, rather than simply personalize answers."
The company also introduced its first hardware product, SecondBrain Note, which captures work-related information generated outside the screen. The card-sized voice recorder can record meetings, phone calls and conversations for up to 35 hours. Recorded audio is automatically transcribed, summarized and stored in SecondBrain, where it can be combined with information from email, calendars, Notion and other workplace tools.
The device includes a recording indicator light to notify participants when recording is in progress. Users can review, download or delete stored recordings, while voice data is protected through encryption.
Genspark also introduced GenMail, which learns a user's writing style and professional relationships to generate email reply drafts. AI Design converts natural language requests into visual assets and prototypes, while GenTeam enables people and specialized AI agents for functions such as marketing, design, software development and research to collaborate within a shared workspace.
AI Workspace 6.0 consists of three stages—memory, execution and collaboration. SecondBrain accumulates workplace context, GenMail and AI Design turn that context into deliverables, and GenTeam extends the workflow into collaborative environments where humans and AI agents work together.
"Our platform connects not only information across users' workplace tools but also meetings and conversations that take place outside the screen, allowing every AI agent to work from the same context," Jing said. "Our goal is not to build a smarter chatbot, but a system that remembers previous work and continuously carries it forward into the next task."
Genspark said it reached $250 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) within 12 months of launching its service and now serves more than 7,000 enterprise customers. The company also plans to invest $100 million over the next three years to expand its workforce, enterprise customer support and partnerships in South Korea.
